The place was previously a small farm and is located in Smedvik, by the foot of one of the highest mountains in Vestvågøy, Haveren. The view is towards the mountain Hoven at the Gimsøy island- the smallest of the Lofoten islands.
There is a small lake above the farm, Smedviksvannet, where you can go fishing or just og for a walk.
